One old feature with Microsoft Internet Explorer is that it has a setting that uses a locally stored version of a web page available on a computer. This was done due to the reduced speed of broadband/internet in the past.
This means that sometimes despite you having the right access to folensonline it doesn't appear when you log in. In order to set up your computer to automatically display the latest version of a web page, use the following steps: (Normally takes about 2 minutes)
- Open Internet Explorer Click the symbol (1) in the top right hand corner and then select "Internet Options"
- Click General
- Click Settings (3)
- Click "Every time I visit the webpage" (4)
- Click "OK" (5)
- The revisit the page again to reload the latest content for your webpage.
